Challenges always carry difficulties, and the only option in the minds of the competitor is to win over the problems by conquering and completely crushing the enemy once and for all. On the contrary, winning against chronic ailments is such an awkward trial that winning sometimes is not a practical option; the best strategy is making a truce. Instead of getting involved in fighting an endless war of attrition, slowly eroding all our vitality, and seriously exhausting all our reserves, defeating us mentally and physically, we must befriend such an anomalous enemy by learning to live with the difficulties of her challenges. This way, we are a winner because we can save and preserve our depleting strength and energies, so ardently required at this stage and age.
